Weird, but funny Japanese video

I think this was probably a pretty weird video even before the Looptard adjustments were made, but now it’s just bizarre! The funny thing is that it’s strangely compelling, especially the oddly intense schoolgirl with her snake-hands thing. Strange, but hilarious!
